Can I try Culverdocs before I purchase a plan?
Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial for you to make sure Culverdocs fits your business needs before you decide to purchase, our team will help you setup your forms and maximise your trial period to make it a success!
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. You only pay for the users you have registered each month and can remove users or cancel your account at any time. Be sure to export your data before your account is closed as all data is automatically removed from our system.

Culverdocs has been designed to be easy to use, deploy and customise, and we are always here if need a helping hand. Our onboarding team will guide you through every step of the way to ensure you’re making best use of Culverdocs, we also offer complimentary consultancy calls and a wide range of self-help services such as our Knowledge Base and YouTube videos to guide you through the system.
Can our users share credentials across multiple devices?
To protect data security and integrity, we restrict simultaneous logins across multiple devices. Users are paired to a mobile device on first login, ensuring ownership and preventing unauthorised access. Administrators can allow users to sign out to reassign their account to a different device where business security policies allow.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, all subscriptions will renew automatically on the 1st of each calendar month (or determined by your agreement). Any users removed before the end of the billing period will not be renewed.
