What a pesticide application record is for
Every time a professional user applies a pesticide, they are expected to keep a record of it: what was sprayed, where, when, at what rate and by whom. It is the record an assurance auditor or inspector asks for first, and the one that is hardest to piece together after the fact.
This template turns that record into a single form the operator completes at the time of spraying, so nothing relies on memory or a notebook in the tractor cab.
Who uses it, and when
Spray operators complete it in the field, once per application. Farm managers and agronomists use the completed records to check what has been applied across each field, and to answer audit questions without digging through paper.
